Just my personal build that I'm sharing with friends. Vyper's essentially a solved character, the only difference is based on preference. Surge of Power is experimental. For gun damage, +4 Spirit Damage per bullet in Mercurial Magnum with Boundless Spirit is worse than Surge of Power with 22% Fire Rate. The trade off is less movement speed by roughly 0.8, and weaker Spirit Damage on other abilities.
