this base item is really really bad, 55 second cooldown on a 325 health barrier, diviners has a lower cooldown and has insanley more value
Activelisten, its good for building form fast and some extra damage + the deny on zip, but if you hit shots you should have no issue building form. slowing an enemy is better than 3s silence duration
its hard to slot this when there is a lot thats better
this must be good (I think) (reactive barrier alone sucks tho ngl, 55 second cooldown on a tier 2 item is brutal) just buy this, not reactive barrier
