great against teams with heroes that are reliant on fire rate, melee, and slows

against fliers + extra movement, also scales well with spirit and can give a big combo with arctic

great anti heal, can replace healbane

against gun heroes reliant on build ups like toxic, fixation, and siphon

fantastic against very spirit bursty teams like lash and grey talon, especially if their team has a lot of debuffs as well

against consistent procs of spirit dmg that dont really kill you

item is VERY strong against certain comps but terrible against others. usually use against very strong, unreactable cc but be weary of other small cc proccing and wasting cd

against very tanky heroes almost always AFTER spirit burn to get most amp

if youre getting hate crimed by things like solo kelvin domes or mina ult on repeat can be an escape

can buy when you have max ult for al ot more tankiness

a bit more hybridy dmg when youre carrying and want a bit of both

if they have no remover can be used to focus down a target reliant on abilities

good amount of extra health, buy if you need to be more frontliney and other green counter items arent as strong

the more hybridy the more value, cut resists and heals p easily

can be useful for tons of heals if youre in big team fights and slashing multiple people

against tons of spirit res can pivot more melee

adds a ton of mixed dmg to gun
