Imo its kind of bait to get this early, much better to have it as a late game item to bait out actives or invuln abilities (Dynamo, Pocket, Mina, etc)
New uppercut change alongside healing and max ult means we can get so much value from this
Healbane is kinda better vs victor since we can apply it continuously, but normally this is better
