ActiveAlternative to Extra Regen if you prefer

For lane, its good because of the +2 hp regen. In combo with Extra Regen + Monster Rounds, you have good lane sustain and dont need to worry about health whenever you take a break.

Alternative to more stamina, with this. You can use carbine to move fast and parkour faster and get to teamfights.

Tank Counter

Versus difficult, stun-immobalize happy characters.
T2 Camps die with Lv3 Pulse at Duration Extender. Can take on T2.5 camps. T3 die with Echo Shard fairly Easily.

Paradox only gets 60% of your spirit as damage on her 1 and 4. But, it adds up really well damage wise.
