I'm personally a fan of QSR and it can upgrade into magnum later. Can go active reload if you prefer but get 4800 spirit spike.

I'm a huge warp stone fan, very good into lots of heroes. Can skip if you don't like for fort/other greens.

Gives good spirit resist, take that into account. Also good damge of course, better if enemy isn't buyinkg dispel magic

Buy when your damage feels good, extremely good for teamfights especially with leech, silencer, etc.

Good stats

Leech is extremely strong, you can go this very early if you are very ahead and want to start 1v6ing

Good for damage/anti heal.

If enemy has many gun heroes you can buy

Good if you're playing active/enemy movement character you want to kill

You can buy it into certain heroes that are annoying altough I don't think I'd bother

I don't really buy but if enemy has too much healing and you have slots/money

Very late game upgrade, not that good since infernus gun nerfs

Can buy if you don't feel like getting enchanters/battle vest. Good spirit and also heal on kill is nice for fights

Can go this against certain ultis if you're being active. Wraith, holiday, etc. Just strong in general if you use it right.

Holy trinity is leech, ricochet, unstoppable for teamfights. You can get a lot done with this.

Good against some burst heroes, also gives debuff resist

I buy this sometimes against pocket, shorter cd than debuff remover and can be used on teammates. Only very late game.

Possible buy instead of QSR, can also sub this in for some of the oranges. Just make sure you get 4800 spirit spike ASAP.

If you like fleetfoot and have slots, I personally don't go for it.

Hard to procc so I'd just go for spirit or reactive if you really need.
