Good item for just about everything right now, but the downside is your spin gets increased too, and that can hurt you in some situations. Good if your team needs an ult bot.

Really op item for Mo & Krill since it's just another shutdown, and the damage penalty is basically nullified by 1 stack of Scorn at T3.

Good for slow and the fact it completely stops movement and casting movement abilities. Makes proccing Spirit Burn trivially easy. MORE CC IS SUPER GOOD.

Phantom StrikeActive

Instant gap closer and a disarm, perfect for fliers/Lash since it has crazy range. Rush over Warp Stone if dealing with lots of movers.

Check Incoming damage and if mostly Spirit, buy this. Keep in mind that Spirit Shielding is a lot of shield on its own. Enchanter's Emblem is a cheaper alternative.

Probably the best possible item for dealing with gun heroes. Especially for the ones that apply effects. Bullet Resilience is a cheaper alternative.

AMAZING active item that gives huge spirit resist, and more AOE damage. Kind of presses you for active slots but well worth it for the extra percentage-based damage.

Great item in theory, but it takes a lot of practice to be good at. Perfect counter to Lash/Pocket/Calico and just about anyone with a delayed acting ability. Doesn't work in Burrow.

A good counter to Wraith/Pocket ults. It's the only cleanse item in the game that can remove negative effects from ultimates. Buy it if you're relying on one Carry especially, SPAM it on them.
